Quality Inspection Services
Testing
Customers or manufacturers send LED lighting samples to our laboratory for independent testing. This typically includes evaluation of Appearance, Dimensions, Safety, Spectrum, Light Distribution, Electrical Performance, Temperature Rise, IP Rating, Reliability, and Internal Assembly Workmanship, etc. We provide a comprehensive testing report within a timeframe of 24 hours to 30 days, depending on the extent of the testing required and the quantity of samples.
Inspection
We offer pre-shipment inspection (outgoing inspection) and during production inspection services as crucial components of our comprehensive quality management process. Typically, we receive an inspection assignment from the buyer, following which our inspectors visit the factory to test the lighting quality. Our sampling standard is guided by MIL-STD-105E. This is in alignment with AN5I/A5Q 21.4, B5 6001 / 150 2859, DIN 40080, NF X 06-022. We usually deliver the inspection report within 24 hours.
